Physical activities

There’re four parts of things I did for physical activities. One is yoga, second is joined chess club and the third one is I ran with my parents in a square near our home and the last one is I play badminton with friends and parents. I had 20 hours for physical activities.
The purpose to do physical activities is we need to exercise often. Exercising has many advantages. It can keep us fit, give us more energy. When we do exercise, our blood flow more quickly and at the same time we can get many oxygen and energy. When I did yoga, we did some difficult action. I could do it. I felt very happy and be proud of myself. I thought I can be healthy and I had many muscles to make me strong. I thought that when I do yoga, my blood goes quickly through my body, it wills well for me, I can get enough oxygen and energy. When I was in chess club, I thought I can use my brain very often. When I ran outside, I could get fresh air and was good for our lungs. The plants beside us could give us enough oxygen. If we continue, I could be much healthier and be much stronger. When I ran, I could relax my mind and I could get heat. I wouldn’t be cold any more. There were all the benefits when I did the physical activities.
During I did the physical activities, I improve many of my abilities. At first, some of the actions I couldn’t do them in yoga club. Through I learned very carefully and conscientious, my waist became more flexible and my legs became more flexible, too. I could do difficult actions. I shown my patience and if I had trouble, I didn’t give up and insist doing difficult actions for many times. When I ran the first time, I couldn’t run far away, I ran for minutes and then I felt very tired and wanted to go home instead of running. Then, I increased the distance of running each week. After one month, I could run for 9 minutes.
My parents have said that health is the most important thing in our lives. If we want to be healthy, please exercise. Exercising can keep you fit, can give you energies, can give you enough oxygen, can protect your health, can fight with bacterium, can improve your immunity(免疫力). In conclusion, doing exercise or doing physical activities is very important to our students, and do better in exercise is my personal fitness goals. I want to have more time to exercise. When I exercise, I want to understand and use more useful skills in exercise. I am out going and like to talk with friends, so I want play or do exercise with my friends or parents, we can chat and play at the same time. I hope I can exercise in a quiet and beautiful place, it can relax my mind and body and I will have a good mood. I like peaceful lifestyle. I also play badminton with my friends and parents. I can improve many of my skills. Badminton is a good sport for girls, we can keep fit and get enough oxygen, playing badminton can also improve my immunity(免疫力).
I will do physical activities more often and do better.
